Shipping Policy Product is normally shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. The standard delivery normally takes 2-5 days based on the type of shipping that has been selected. Customers are notified of any backorders within 24 hours of placing the order. Return Policy We stand by our products and offer a 60-day money back, no questions asked guarantee on all our products. However, we do require that you return all products in the same condition in, which you received it. This means, all manuals and documentations, the same box in which the product came in, and the product should be in 100% good condition. We do accept returns on all electronic items that have been purchased within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If defective, a full refund can be given or exchange for the same product.
Before an item can be shipped back to us for a refund or exchange, you need to obtain an RMA#. By obtaining this number, we will be able to track this package once it comes to us and we can then locate your information and credit or exchange your account or product.
